I am Czech so trust me with this one. It was amazing. Both the cordon bleu rizek (schnitzel) and the beer. Highly recommended. Service was amazing, too.
We love Czech cuisine & when we saw Pivovar, we decided to stop by for lunch. When we come back to Waco, we are definitely coming back here! Their beer & wine are so good and goulash & pork shank with mashed potatoes are to die for. Amazing customer service too.
Just went to the restaurant side. The waiter was friendly, fun and very conversational. Made our first trip here enjoyable. The food was amazing and the beers were refreshing.
I eat here for lunch and dinner frequently. It's a great spot with good food. The schnitzel is authentic, the pork knuckle fantastic and the deviled eggs were good. Try their beer or spirits and the changing cocktail menu should also be observed. An overall great dining experience.
Just stopped in for drinks. Bar staff is fantastic. They are very attentive and knowledgeable about their craft brews. The beer was also fantastic! Don't sleep on the Vienna Lager!!!!
