◆ Cancellation Policy: All reservations for overnight accommodations must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date for a full refund and must be cancelled by 4:00 PM CST two days prior to the scheduled arrival date. If a reservation is not cancelled and is not used, the reservation will be considered a "No Show" and a penalty fee for the total room rate and tax will be charged. If you have booked via a third party (booking platforms, travel agent etc.) the cancellation policies may vary and should be stated by the third party.

◆ Front Desk and Check In: Our Front Desk staff are available 24/7 for your convenience. Check-in is from 4:00 pm to 12 midnight. Early check-in can be guaranteed by purchasing accommodation the night before and informing us of your planned arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. Early check-in that is not guaranteed by purchasing accommodation the night before is subject to availability on arrival. Late check-in fees vary.

◆ What time is checkout at the hotel? Is late checkout possible?

Please check out of your room by 11:00 am. If you'd like a later checkout time, please arrange for late checkout with our front desk. Depending on availability, a late checkout may or may not be able to be accommodated. A fee may apply.

◆ Is there an age minimum for check-in?

Guests must be a minimum of 21 years of age to reserve or occupy accommodations. A legal parent or guardian must be present at all times to supervise guests less than 21 years of age.

◆ What is the hotel's cancellation policy?

Reservations for overnight stays must be cancelled by 4:00 PM CST the day prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a penalty fee equivalent to the first night's room and tax as reserved.

What facilities and services are available for pets? In order to care for other guests who may be allergic to pets and to keep our facilities in the best possible condition, we ask that you avoid bringing your pet into any Pivovar hotel room or facility. Service animals are welcome.

◆ Is smoking allowed at the hotel?

In accordance with local ordinances, Pivovar is a smoke-free facility. If you need to step out for a smoke break, please exit the facility to do so. Smoking is not permitted inside any area of the hotel or within 15 feet of the entrance, exit, or any other enclosed area. Cleaning fees apply. Smoke cleaning fee is 500 dollars.

Pivovar Hotel is ADA accessible and offers accommodations with accessibility features.

Children are welcome at Pivovar Hotel and must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. On-property facilities including the Brewery and Restaurant may be subject to age restrictions during certain operating hours.
