I participated in the Czech National Day Celebration and every aspect of what Pivovar provided was excellent. The buffet was wonderful, the service was prompt and most helpful and as always, the beer was exceptional!

We really enjoyed this event and the food was amazing! So many varied flavors and the quality was impeccable. Kudos to the chef and staff who are so gifted and to the other support crew who were so cordial and helpful. We will be back again for dinner and definitely return for this event next year. Thank you Pivovar for a delightful experience!
Seafood Risotto
We enjoyed the fried cheese and Brussels sprouts appetizers, and then we had the seafood risotto and the schnitzel as our entrees. The food and service were excellent, and we will definitely be back next time we go through Waco. Very nice find!

I work near Pivovar and enjoy dining here for a quiet peaceful atmosphere. I have had several lunch items, but really enjoy the cobb salad. This salad is more than enough for lunch and plated to perfection. I have mine with a bowl of Brussel sprots. Large portion, enough for sharing!
